Mandatory Unboxing Video

To raise any damage, defect, or incorrect item claim, customers must provide:

A clear, continuous unboxing video starting before the package is opened.
The shipping label and package condition must be clearly visible.
The issue with the product must be clearly shown in the video.

Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video will not be eligible for refund, replacement, or store credit.

Claim Timeframe

Any claim must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with:

Order number
Clear photos of the product
Complete unboxing video

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Food and grocery products
Opened consumable products
Ayurvedic and wellness products
Beauty and personal care products
Products damaged after delivery
Products without original packaging
Change of mind purchases

Refund Processing
